Prescriptions As per international laws, BMG will only dispense all orders strictly on prescription. The Optometrist who filled your prescription must give this to you by law. Your prescription should not be over two years old. You can forward your prescriptions via fax at our toll-free no 1-800-305-8020 or email at prescription@buymeglasses.com. If you have a prescription for multi-focal glasses but want to order a single vision reading glasses, just leave off the “add” part, which is for the near or reading correction. PRODUCTS / ORDERS Ordering with buymeglasses is very simple. Whether you choose bifocals or progressive lens it is easy to fill the online form. BMG reserves the right to refuse orders as it sees fit. SHIPPING We ship worldwide and our shipping charges are uniform for all regions worldwide. Orders are shipped from overseas within 5 business days. Our standard shipping charges are fixed at an affordable cost of US $9 for Airmail (3 weeks) & US $15 for EMS Speed post (10 Days) per order regardless of country however limited to 10 items per order. While ordering with overseas websites, you should place your order well in advance to allow them for any unexpected delays with the shipping agency due to customs, postal holidays or circumstances beyond our control. Tracking numbers are usually assigned to each package, and losses are therefore extremely unusual. The buyer will be provided package-tracking numbers upon request. Alternatively at customer's choice, buymeglasses.com will replace the delayed or lost shipment, will re-deliver or re-ship the product to the Customer at no additional cost. buymeglasses.com is not liable for any damage to the Customer due to delay in shipment or failure of the product to arrive within 28 days. If your order is delivered, but you are not at home, some postal services will leave you a note to pick up the package at the post office. If this occurs, it is important to pick up your package within 1 week's time, because the post office may return the package back to us if it is not claimed within this time period. If a package is returned to us, we will reship it back to you after we receive it, with additional shipping charge. Refunds on Discount Items If an order consists of two items of the same price, before discount, and a refund is required on one of the items, then the refund amount will be half way between full and discount price. CANCELLATIONS Once an order has been placed, it can be cancelled within 48 hours, as it is sent for processing immediately and shipped promptly. If the order is cancelled after 48 hours a processing charge equivalent to the cost of the lenses and its ad-on (if any) will be dedicated from the order amount. RETURNS (to be reviewed) We make every attempt to ship the correct products but in the event you do not receive the correct product(s), which you ordered you might return them for a replacement, without charging any additional shipping cost. Or if you are not completely satisfied with the product you can return them within 7 days and we will refund the cost on receipt. Because the prescription lenses are custom made to your individual prescription a charge of US$15 + shipping will be deducted from your refund to cover their manufacturing and shipping costs. In the unlikely event of a wrong shipment, please email care@buymeglasses.com with your order number and item wrongly received. Replacement goods will be sent as soon as we have the wrong / defective goods back. All returned merchandise must be in its original saleable condition when received.
